Two private parking spaces enhance the experience, making it even more convenient and worry-free. Its prime location allows for easy access to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli, as well as to the most famous destinations in Tuscany and Italy, turning every day into a new adventure. When I discovered this historic Pisan residence, I immediately felt that it had a soul of its own. I restored it with passion and deep respect, bringing back to life its authentic charm, originality, and timeless elegance. Every room preserves ancient floors, period decorations, and original frescoes that tell the story of Pisa’s noble past. The private garden is an oasis of peace and beauty, where time seems to slow down. Among Tuscan cypresses, fragrant plants, and a heated whirlpool pool, guests can enjoy moments of relaxation and well-being in the heart of the city. Leonardo House Pisa was born from my desire to offer guests a truly unique experience — a place where history, elegance, and contemporary comfort come together in perfect harmony. Leonardo House Pisa is located in Via Antonio Fratti, one of the most convenient and strategic areas of the city. We are right in the city center, just a few steps from the Lungarno and the charming Giardino Scotto, yet outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) — easily accessible by car, with nearby parking available. The Pisa Central Station is only a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to explore the whole of Tuscany by train with remarkable ease: in less than an hour you can reach Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Viareggio, Volterra, and the Cinque Terre. The Pisa International Airport is also conveniently reachable on foot or with a short taxi or bus ride. The neighborhood is surrounded by excellent restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops, and boutiques, yet it remains quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Via Fratti offers the ideal balance of comfort, elegance, and tranquility — an authentic corner of Pisa where you can experience the city like a true local.
